Registration/ Participation Fees
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Uniagents Events Team and the refund will be issued only in the form of a credit note of the exact same value as of the registration fees after the event. Refunds are made as per the policy mentioned in this document.

Uniagents Event team will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email.

Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

30 or more days before the event date Full refund less a $100 administration charge
Less than 30 days before the event date No refunds applicable

The refund credit note will be issued via email and will be valid for 12 months. The credit note can be used for/against the purchase of any Uniagents product or service.

Please note no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently canceled.

There will be No Refunds that will be granted on the failure of visa application, Flight cancellation or any other reason due to which the participant is unable to come to the event.

For accommodation cancellation/ booking policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies. Any amendments /extensions/cancellations to be made to the original hotel bookings made by Uniagents (in case the accommodation is included in your participation package) must be forwarded via email ONLY to the Uniagents Event Team. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will the hotels accept any changes directly.

Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. Uniagents accepts no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

All Uniagents event registration/participation fees and additional ticket/sponsorship rates are quoted in Euros and are not inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
