New Zealand’s largest Culinary and Hospitality training provider is the North shore International Academy or NSIA which was co founded by Otto Groen QSM in November 2001, NSIA has grown rapidly over the years and is the most celebrated, award winning, government recognized, leading hospitality and cookery school in New Zealand being an eight time winner of the Training Excellence Award at the New Zealand National Culinary Fare competition. In 2014, NSIA was invited to debut in the Nestle Toque d’Or, New Zealands most prestigious culinary teams event.
