Manuelina Culinary offers intensive short courses in all aspects of Italian Culinary Arts. We have created programs in the areas of Cuisine, Artisan breads, Pastry, Pasta and Gelato. Our programs were designed to respond to a need for short programs that still offer results, and so they are high intensity, but with limited numbers considering the needs and requests of individual students. Your time with us is all Inclusive of all meals, transfers and accommodation so you can feel safe and at ease in a new country. Our teaching style is unique, and all programs are offered in English. Whether you are a professional chef, food enthusiast or looking to open a new business, students are given an intensive perspective on Italian cusine that can be applied in all areas of the globe. 

This is not just a learning experience, but you get to experience Italy and its culture as well. Under the guidance of Italys best masters, programs are professional but with plenty of room for laughter.
