INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
We carefully evaluate partner institution’s vision, culture, campus life, program portfolio, faculty to understand the institution and its objectives and how international student growth can impact the institution. We take the time to understand leadership objectives to assess how international recruitment can serve the mission of the organization and help the institution update or craft it’s international strategy. Based on this we develop a customized recruitment strategy, identify target markets, develop marketing and recruitment strategies, and identify leadership and regional management teams to manage the initiative. We review our plans with the institution and map out the student journey all the way through recruitment and graduation to enable a world class international student experience.
MULTI-CHANNEL APPROACH
We take a multi-channel approach by launching digital marketing for generating direct inquiries as well as partnering with select agents. All channels are supplemented with in-country promotional events and PR campaigns to generate awareness and inquiries/applications. Our in-country representatives manage promotions, fairs and recruitment agents. This is supplemented by global contact centers to work the inquiries and applications to provide the institution with completely vetted application packages.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience and comes from the US and Canada with a track record of international recruitment and digital marketing at public and private sector institutions. The leadership team is based across USA, Canada and Asia which allows us to work closely with partner institutions. Our regional and in-country representatives are based in each region allowing us to manage the agents with regular training and visits as well as recruitment activity, events and fairs with a local presence.

Our student success model allows us to work with the institutional student service team to map out the international students’ journey. This includes pre-arrival support, orientation, accommodation, student service requirements. We provide turnkey international recruitment solutions for universities, colleges and high schools. Our services include full service international solution which includes strategy development, full recruitment program management, in country reps, marketing, representation at fairs, contact center, with no fixed cost. We can provide all this on a cost per enrollment basis.
PATHWAY PROGRAM
Campus3 International Pathway Program allows international students to start studies in their home country, save money and earn transfer credit toward their American or Canadian undergraduate degree program. Students can take up to two semesters of online college courses while working on their application and visa process.
CUSTOMIZED INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT
For the institutions that already have an international recruitment program in place we can provide customized recruitment solutions based on your needs & goals. Our customized recruitment services include strategy development, contact center solutions, in country management, digital marketing, new market entry and public relations campaigns.
