Anglo Skills College is a Tier 4 sponsored college located in the centre of Nottingham. Established in 2010, the college operates from its campus in the city and offers an exciting range of Business courses, training opportunities and English language proficiency courses to both UK/EU and international students.

Our Mission is, “To provide educational opportunities that emphasise skills and knowledge and allow all to progress onto a successful career.”

We recognise that education is vital in developing skills needed for a productive society and essential in promoting the individual’s sense of worth, values, and higher ethical standards. The college is committed to offering education that meets the needs of the current job-market and also in assisting its students in clarifying and pursuing their professional and educational goals.

Why?

It is of high importance to us that all our students are offered the best opportunities possible from their chosen study. To do we offer a wide range of Further Education qualifications and various course pathways. Our qualifications include Foundation level, BTEC’S, HND’s through to undergraduate and post graduate levels. The colleges course portfolio includes specialism in the fields of business studies, teacher training, child and social care. We also provide a wide range of vocational and functional courses, ranging from level 1 to level 7 (degree-level).

A further important outlook that our college takes is involving ourselves and thus our students in the Nottinghamshire community. Our outreach and collaborative work with partners and community centres enables the college to expand its teaching and learning services at secondary level and A-Levels facilitating our access to higher education courses. We also have close partnerships with local businesses and collaborative work with training providers, enabling us to extend our services to the wider community, thus enriching the service that the college offers via the provision of business expertise, opportunities for progression to higher education and employment, and access opportunties for students from underrepresented areas.
