History
1968 Dr. Sai Suthipitak and Mr. Sanan Ketthat jointly founded “Dhurakij Pundit University” on Rama VI Road on May 30, 1968, by opening the Faculty of Business Administration as the first faculty.
Dhurakij Pundit University is the only private university in Thailand to receive the Internal Quality Assurance Award for Higher Education, “Excellent Category” from the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC), jointly receiving the award with Chulalongkorn University and Chiang Mai University.
