Our Vision at FBSTI is to revolutionize the hospitality education sector by making top-notch hospitality education affordable and accessible to everyone, we have designed a completed new and innovative model for teaching the skillset of an outstanding hospitality manager. Our model allows us to REDUCE the time of obtaining a Diploma, REDUCE the cost of education and INCREASE the access to Swiss education. Indeed, unlike any other Swiss Hotel Management School all our courses can be deliver anywhere in the world, even developing countries and last a maximum of six consecutive weeks.

Why?

Through a condensed and intense 6-week course based on both the art of practice and the science of management we deliver a recognized Swiss Certificate in Restaurant Management. Students will gain the necessary "savoir-être" and "savoir-faire" needed to become a successful food & beverage professional. The coures is followed by a 6-month paid internship which gives future leaders an invaluable experience. After successful completion of the course and the itnernship,  the graduate will become restaurant manager, food and beverage manager or open their own business in the food industry..
