The Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki (WITT) is a quality Government-owned tertiary education institution based in New Zealand's cultural and surfing hub. Taranaki is a beautiful region defined by its wonderful snow-capped mountain, extensive coastline, great surfing and many opportunities for outdoor activities. WITT opened in 1972 and is the only state tertiary institution in Taranaki and offers courses from certificate to degree level across a wide range of areas.

Why?

Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5 is a fast track course of 18 months duration including the 100 hours practical learning over a period of 10 weeks. Year 2 of the program’s T Fee is reduced & is priced at NZD 19000 (Year 1; L4) + NZD 14500 (Year 2: L5) November 2018 intake is available

NZ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) and NZ Diploma in Engineering (Civil) has a lot of demand as Taranaki is the Manufacturing & Engineering hub of New Zealand.

The Graduate Diploma at L 7 in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Operation and Production Management, Business Information System include industry project upto 300 hours workplace based with Taranaki employer

Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Highways) L 7 is offered at Hamilton Campus offered under  NZIHT(New Zealand institute of Highway Technology) which is 100% owned by WITT and is a high demanding career oriented as it is included in the Long Term Skilled shortage List. We are the only Education Provider in NZ that offer this qualification. November 2018 intake is available
