Founded in 1998 and nestled in the heart of Auckland City, Media Design School is the most awarded digital design school in New Zealand. It’s also the first ever 3D animation and visual effects school in the Southern Hemisphere.

The school offers several programmes across varied disciplines such as creative advertising, games, motion graphics, interactive, AR/VR, graphic design, 3D animation and visual effects. It also offers postgraduate programmes in design.

Media Design School’s teaching style meets the present industry trends and simulates real world industries – such as learning in a studio-like environment which is equipped with cutting-edge technology and software used in the industry. Students are guided by the school’s award-winning academics with significant industry experience.
