Cornell Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT) is an NZQA registered and accredited tertiary institute offering academic and vocational qualifications across various fields, which includes Information Technology, Business Management, Health management and Professional Cookery. CIBT was founded in 2003 and has ultramodern facilities with spacious and learner-friendly classrooms and computer laboratories. Its library has over 3,000 volumes related to Business, Information Technology, Culinary Arts, Healthcare, General English, IELTS Preparation and other general areas. The institute?s training restaurant serves as the laboratory for hospitality students and exposes them to real-world situations in a restaurant setting. Its kitchens are fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances which provide the opportunity to acquire practical expertise in a realistic working environment for cookery students. The institute has two well-appointed campuses conveniently located in the Auckland CBD, close to all major transportation links.
