About the HELP Group

Since its founding in 1986 to help fulfill a nationwide demand for tertiary education, HELP has become a successful model of an innovative and profitable educational enterprise. In 2004, HELP was elevated to a university college and in 2011 it was awarded full university status. Since then, HELP has continued to develop its programs and infrastructure and nurture a culture of learning as a true university. 

As a leading institution of higher learning in Malaysia, HELP is a pioneer in twinning programs with foreign universities. It was among the first colleges to run 3+0 degree programs. In that mode, HELP has produced quality graduates who have scored high distinction in all programs, both locally and overseas.

HELP has also developed strong collaborative relationships with numerous top universities worldwide, including the University of London/ London School of Economics, the Australian National University and The University of Queensland. Our high regional and international reputation attracts students from Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Middle East and Africa. HELP has since expanded into a multi campus entity with a range of offerings and some 12,000 students, including some 2,000 students from 92 countries since 1986.  

HELP Education Group have 4 campuses: This is to prepare for a target population of 20,000 students around 2018. 2 campuses at Pusat Bandar Damansara; HELP College of Arts and Technology (HELP CAT) in Fraser Business Park, Sungai Besi and our flagship Subang 2 campus- a 23-acre fully integrated green technology campus
