Our Butter&Olive Group has 5 Academy's and 16 Retail outlets.Our aim and biggest mission is to train and produce a new generation of chefs capable of adapting to the latest trends and skills in pastry, baking and culinary.We are the only Group having this model of Academy and Retail for raining. We BUILD GREAT CHEFS...is our motto and we are extremely passionate about technical and vocational education.

Our syllabus is meticulously crafted and continuously updated in the hope of imbuing our students with self confidence that is fuelled with deep passion and enthusiasm upon graduating from our college. Students are being taught life skills, not merely technical skills.

What sets us apart from other local baking academys' is,we have our own retail outlets of Bakeries (which are used as hands-on training centres too-On-job-training) ,  where they would be able to hone their skills and practical knowledge besides learning to create new recipes to satisfy the increasingly sophisticated demands of a fast-changing F&B industry that value creativity and innovation. ,

Students get our Malaysian Goverment's Certificate and can add on from renowned university in Taiwan or the Australian Qualifications Level3 (continue Level 4 in Australia) or an American Hospitality Academy Certification (AHA). All students once graduating from our Academys' WILL BE READY FOR THE GLOBAL MARKET.
