"Education" begins with the construction of schools with" Indian Suport

The Minister of Education and Higher Education Sabri Sidem announced the start of the construction of two schools and a third expansion with the support of the Indian government in implementation of the recently signed agreements between Palestine and India.

This came during a meeting of Sidem, Sunday, in Ramallah, representative of the Republic of India to the State of Palestine Anish Rajan.

He pointed out the importance of this meeting, which comes in the framework of follow-up to the agreements signed between the two countries. He pointed out that the construction of the girls elementary school in Tubas, The number of scholarships and the activation of mechanisms for these grants; the agreement between the parties and focus on the needs required by the national labor market in this regard. 

He praised the efforts exerted by India to support the State of Palestine in many areas, especially the education sector, stressing the need to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and partnership, to achieve development in Palestine and to serve the educational process of learning.

Rajan also referred to India's support for the State of Palestine in many fields. He referred to the country's services to the education sector through the building and expansion of schools, the provision of scholarships, training programs, cultural and scientific tours and others.

He expressed his pride in the cooperation between India and Palestine and his country's interest in programs aimed at building the capacity and skills of the staff of the educational institution, stressing that India will continue to make every effort to serve and promote the education sector in Palestine.

During the meeting, they discussed preparations for a scientific visit to the students of Palestine to India, including access to the Indian educational experience and the exchange of ideas and experiences, etc. The programs of capacity building provided by India to the workers in the Palestinian institutions were also discussed and in accordance with the visions of the Ministry of Education and the needs of its cadres. Which will benefit the ministry and its development programs.
