Vice Chancellor University of Sindh, Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat has said after having ISO Certification, the university has risen towards a new path of development with dedication and team work in order to meet the challenges of the modern world.

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Jun, 2018 ) :Vice Chancellor University of Sindh, Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat has said after having ISO Certification, the university has risen towards a new path of development with dedication and team work in order to meet the challenges of the modern world.

He said that elevation of the Institution to an International stature was his dream and now there is the need to work with dedication and devotion to maintain the status which received by the university with highly educated, sincere and committed faculty.

He shared such views in a training workshop organized about ISO 9001:2015 Certification on Monday. The workshop was also attended among others by the Pro-Vice-Chancellors, Focal Persons, Deans, Directors/Chairpersons and Sectional Heads.

Burfat emphasized the importance of quality education for success in this highly competitive and technological age adding that without quality education, one cannot go parallel with rapidly developing world. It is the quality education which can ensure our bright future, he said.

The Registrar University of Sindh Prof. Dr. Muhammad Saleem Chandio said that ISO Certification was a huge achievement for university as a result of hectic efforts of the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat.

While commending the efforts of Dr. Ameer Ali Abro and his team members, he said that there was the need to work collectively in order to enhance research and teaching quality which will eventually take the university to higher esteems.

The Incharge ISO Cell Dr. Ameer Ali Abro who is also the Advisor to Vice Chancellor on Higher Education, gave a presentation highlighting salient features of ISO 9001:2015 Certification including internal audit and monitoring system and their procedures.
