What happened to UAS 2020 Conference and Exhibition, India, Vietnam, Thailand?

UAS 2020 has been postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The update on the new dates for the conference shall be shared soon.

Why has UAS 2020 been postponed?

UAS put the health and welfare of participants and the local host community at the forefront of its decision making. The increasing risk assessment regarding the spread of the COVID-19 and the travel bans in India and Vietnamhas led us to take this decision.

When and where will UAS 2021 take place?

UAS 2020 has been postponed and currently we have not decided on the revised schedule until the situation is fully under control.

Refunds

Will my hotel room reservation be refunded?

If you have booked directly then, please contact the hotel directly.
If the accommodation was included in the overall participation cost then UAS will take care of the same.

Will my airfare be refunded?

Please ask your travel agent/airline and let them know you are cancelling or modifying your booking due to the postponement of UAS 2020. The responsibility for airfare bookings and refunds falls outside the scope of UAS 2020 and will be dependent on the type of fare booked and travel insurance coverage.

I am planning to attend the next UAS conference --can I simply transfer my registration fee to that conference?

Yes. We can definitely transfer your registration to our next conference or could also issue you a credit note with an indefinite validity and you could use any of our services for the value of that credit note

Should you change your mind or be unable to join us in the next conference, then also you can get a credit note for the servicesequivalent to the registration fee that you have paid for UAS 2020.

Can my conference registration fee be refunded?

As per our event registration terms the fee is not refundable in case of cancellation due to force majeure, Also please note as an organizer we have lost all the booking amounts with the vendors. However, it is a sensitive situation and as a goodwill gesture we can definitely transfer your registration fee to our next conference or could also issue you a credit note with an indefinite validity and you could use any of our services for the value of that credit note.

Should you change your mind or be unable to join us in the next conference, then also you can use the credit note for the digital services equivalent to the registration fee that you have paid for UAS 2020.
