Donyi Polo Vidya Bhawan was established in the year 1981 on the occasion of Children’s Day by its Founder Chairman Shri Gegong Apang, the then Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh with the following aims & objectives.The motto of the school is ‘From Darkness to Light’. The school, a residential co-educational public school is a member of Indian Public School’s Conference(IPSC) and affiliated to C.B.S.E., New Delhi.
