Milano Fashion Institute is the first interuniversity institute in Italy for the higher education in the fashion industry founded in 2007 by three Milan universities: Bocconi University, Cattolica University and Politecnico of Milan. Our goal has the creation of a multi-disciplinary training center of excellence at an international level, thanks to a top Faculty: successful managers from the job market, together with the 3 universities bringing expertise in fashion management, fashion design and fashion communication.

OUR EDUCATION OFFER

3 University Masters in FASHION DIRECTION:
 

- Brand & Product Management

Aimed to form professionals, with different skills, that are able to contribute to the process of brand management and collection development for fashion and luxury products and collections.

- Brand & Business Management

In order to train the most qualified and innovative professional figures who will be responsible of the business management in the world of fashion and luxury.

- Brand & Communication Management

For professionals working on the communication and marketing strategies, as well as digital management and event management for the fashion and luxury industries.

 

All the programs are in English, one year, 60 University Credits, and have a real field project and curricular internship of at least 3 months, both in partnership  with the most important Italian and international fashion and luxury brands.

Milano Fashion Institute is a unique initiative in Europe The training programme involves academics and researchers in Economics and Management disciplines from Bocconi University (ranking: 11° Worldwide M.Sc. In Finance, Financial Times, 2016; 1° Italian Business School, European Business School Ranking, Financial Times, 2015, 6° European Business School, European Business School Ranking, Financial Times, 2016), in Social Sciences and Communication from the Cattolica University (ranking: the Largest Private University In Europe, 7° Italian University, Qs 2016), and in Technology and Design from Politecnico of Milan (ranking: 1° Italian Engineering & Technology University, Qs 2016).

In 2011 Milan Fashion Institute starts the internationalization process ofall the post graduate Masters. 
In 2012, the educational and didactic model of Milano Fashion Institute becomes a case studyand it is presented during the event "Designed Asia 2012", Hong Kong, a key international event for teachers, researchers, trend analysts and designers, organized by the Hong Kong Politecnico University School of Design.
