Maharishi School provides a transformative preschool-12, day and boarding experience in a safe and progressive environment which develops students' ability to know themselves, think deeply, unleash their creativity, and succeed. Maharishi School is a non-sectarian, co-ed school with students from over 30 countries. Sterling Achievements of 2017

• Ranked by Niche.com as #2 Private School in Iowa with a grade of A+.
• #1 in Creative  Problem Solving. At the Destination Imagination Global Finals, one of our high school teams won 1st Place and the prestigious DaVinci Award for outstanding creativity. Approximately 8000 students from around the world competed in this category.
• #2 in Tennis Singles. In the boys' State Tennis Singles Kai Vessey beat the #1 seeded player, lost a close match in the Finals, earning State Runner-Up.
• #3 in Microbiology. Pranav Chhaliyil was awarded Honorable Mention Grand Champion at the Iowa State Science and Engineering Fair to qualify for the INTEL International Science and Engineering Fair in Los Angeles where he won 3rd place in the microbiology category. Pranav was also the GENE Pool Title winner at the International BioGENEius competition.
• #4 in Rocketry. Our Rocketry Team finished 4th in the nation out of 829 entries in the Team America Rocketry Challenge. They earned $10,000 cash award and $1000 for the school.
